Milton and Oakville are currently running all programs.
Can parents or visitors enter the centre?
At this time, parents and visitors are not allowed inside the centres. We are supporting parents and their children during the transition period, by suggesting that parents bring their children near our playground area, (behind the fence) and speak with the educators for a brief visit. This will help your child become familiar with the educators and the environment.
Will my child be comforted by the educators?
Educators are equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) so they can safely hug and cuddle your children to give them the comfort they may need.
How do I drop off and pick-up my child at the child care centres?
The front entrances to the centres are closed. All parents with children in the preschool room (Junior) , will enter through the playgrounds to their specific classroom doors. Please follow the signage to ensure physical distancing.
What will drop off and pick-up look like for the Before and After School program perspective?
The Before School Program will operate out of the main centre. Your child will be screened at the front entrance (7:00-7:55 am) after that you will need to drop off your child at the back of Heritage Glen. The After School program is running out of Room #118 in Heritage Glen with no direct outside access. You will need drive to Heritage Glen Door #2, call the Sacc phone @ 905-466-1764 when you arrive and we will escort your child to you.
How can I pay my monthly fees?
We only are only accepting E-transfer as a form or payment and refund. The E-transfer instructions can be found on our website.
Can I hold my child's spot, if I choose to delay my child's restart date?
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold your child's spot after September 1st, unless parents continue to pay their monthly fees. We have waitlists at both centres, so we need to make sure other families have a chance to acquire child care spaces.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to hold physical tours. In the meantime, when we are allowed access to the centres, we will be offering virtual tours on our website. please visit the Milton Centre link at the top of this page or the Oakville Centre link at the top of this page to view our virtual tours.
How will I receive updates?
This continues to be an ever evolving situation and the mandates from the Ministry of Education and Halton Board of Health. The Executive Director will keep you informed with changing policies and procedures as they come in. The Executive Director will update the policies and email copies to parents.
